It’s such a small, small world in which we live

It seems that nearly every single day I see or read something that makes me realize just how tiny a planet our earth really is.

With the advent of high technology, we find ourselves these days connecting with people all over the world in ways we never dreamed possible once upon a time.

Take this blog, for instance.

Some of the most exciting things for me to see here are the daily visits I get from readers around the world.  It thrills me to see someone from a distant land pop in to take a look around here in my little corner of the web.  So many from far-flung countries have stepped in for a moment. Some have left comments, for which I am grateful.  Others have decided to follow me.

This brings me such joy.

I take each visit and each follower very seriously and appreciate everyone who stumbles across my path.

To each of you, I thank you for taking the time and having the interest to explore the mystical world of Echo LaVeaux.

My intention today and every day is to continue offering you interesting and fun posts to read.  My intention is to help you find a little bit of joy in every moment.  The borders on earth have disappeared here on the Internet. In so very many ways, we of planet earth have truly become a community.

Today we find ourselves coexisting in a global village, and this is cause to celebrate!
